DELIVERY POLICY – PRODUCTS
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
The tickets/vouchers will be issued for all Bookings. Fares or rates are not guaranteed until ticketed/vouchered.
Once the Ticket/voucher issued, the system will generate a copy of that service, which will be emailed to the email ID is provided by you at the time of booking.
you will need to print this ticket/voucher to utilize the service.
We are not responsible for any misleading advice or any failure or mistake by the authorized agent or failure due to the integration between our reservation system and any other sub-systems such as but not limited to online payment systems, online travel agent Systems, etc.
You are responsible for the correctness of all information provided by you at the time of booking including your telephone number and email id which will be used for all Our communication with you and delivery the service.
You will need after receiving the ticket/voucher to check the full details if it is correct, and advice us immediately if any mistaken details are showing.
You must tell us at the time of booking if you have a medical condition or other condition for which you may require medical assistance or special assistance.
If we do not receive all amounts due for the ticket/voucher prior to the specified booking time limit as advised by us, we shall be entitled to cancel your reservation without notice.
If you wish to change your booking, you may do so in accordance with the terms and conditions of each service rules and a new booking/voucher will be confirmed and issued only upon payment of any applicable difference in fares/rates.

Some services are non-refundable, and in the time of booking it will mention clearly on the service voucher.

We sell some tickets at special fares which may be partially or completely non-refundable. Some tariffs, rates and reservation confirmations have conditions attached to them, which limit or exclude your right to change or cancel reservations. you should choose the fare, which best suits your needs.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
If, you are requested to present a medical certificate, the medical certificate should be from a Governmental Hospital stating the health reasons that prevented you from traveling and provided that these health reasons were not known when the reservation was made, and the refund amount will be based on a third party decision or booking rules.
In the event you do not show up for any flight or the booked service, your booking will be considered invalid and we will not complete the service, or we will change your booking date to another day with date change penalties fees or we will cancel the entire service, and we will refund the amount based on the third party or booking rules.
